Dear guests!
Spend your vacation in a private vacation home. We put a lot of effort into its decoration and we hope you have a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
The stated house rules aim to ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand and follow. By treating the apartment correctly, you will also help us in the future to provide you, among other things, with a nice place to rest.
If you are missing something in the facility or need help, contact us with confidence. All things that are in the apartment or on the balcony, or belong to it, can and should be used by the guests. Handle the entire facility and inventory with care. We also ask that your fellow travelers adhere to the same conditions.
Please note that the dishes are only put back in the cupboards when they are clean, the same goes for the cutlery, pots and pans that you have used.
Separation of waste: We separate plastic, paper and remaining waste. Trash cans are located opposite the entrance.
Smoking is generally not allowed in our apartment. But smoking is allowed on the terrace!
Please do not flush hygiene products or leftovers down the toilet.
Rest periods In the interest of good neighborliness, please be quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
No one breaks things on purpose, but breaking something can happen to anyone. We would appreciate it if you let us know about the damage and if we don’t discover it until after your departure during the final cleaning.
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid damage caused by storms. When leaving the apartment, also make sure that the lights, television and air conditioner are turned off – the environment and the landlord will thank you for it!
The landlord is not responsible for the tenant’s valuables. In addition to accommodation costs, the rental price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, dishwashing and cleaning products, and garbage bags.
